Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Feng Shui Knot.
Each item in our store is handcrafted with care and intention, making every piece unique and meaningful.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or minor variations.


1. Handmade Nature

Please note that slight differences in color, texture, or knot shape are part of the charm of handmade craftsmanship.
These are not considered defects, but signs of authentic handwork and individuality.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • A brief description of what happened

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will:

  • Send you a replacement of the same item (if available), or
  • Offer an alternative solution agreed upon together

We do not issue refunds for items that can be replaced.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom and personal nature of our handmade and digital products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect choice of color or size
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or normal wear
  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, PDF tutorials, online files) once the order has been confirmed or downloaded
  • Physical books or printed tutorials that have already been shipped

All sales of digital and printed educational materials are final.


4. Shipping Costs

If a replacement is approved due to a genuine defect, we will cover the reshipping cost.
Otherwise, all shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. How to Contact Us

If you believe your item has arrived faulty, please email us at contact@fengshuiknot.com with the required details and evidence.
We will respond as soon as possible to help you resolve the issue with care and fairness.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

8. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@fengshuiknot.com.
